About Me
I’m an exercise and sports nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. I am also registered with the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register and am a qualified kinanthropometrist (ISAK Level 1). With over 15 years of experience competing in professional and semi-professional rugby environments, I’ve lived the demands of training, performance, recovery, and body composition first-hand — and I bring that practical insight into every aspect of my coaching.
Alongside my sporting background, I’ve recently worked as a Public Health Nutritionist within the NHS, supporting individuals with their health and lifestyle goals. This combination of elite sport experience and public health practice allows me to take a balanced, evidence-based approach to nutrition — one that prioritises performance, health, and sustainability rather than extremes.
Whether you’re an athlete looking to optimise training and recovery or someone who wants to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident around food, my approach is always tailored, realistic and grounded in science.
I don’t believe in rigid meal plans or short-term fixes. Instead, I focus on education, structure and accountability — giving you the tools and understanding you need to make informed decisions once you leave the programme. Nutrition should work with your life, not against it.
